ORDER BY E-MAIL: When ordering by e-mail, send the order number along with a brief description of the image. Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will confirm your order prior to processing.

SHIPPING: Every effort will be made to ship your order within 2 to 4 weeks of receipt. You will be notified if image is currently unavailable and when we expect to be able to ship. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped together.

OVERSEAS ORDERS: Shipping to any location outside the intercontinental United States will vary from regular shipping charges. We will determine your specific additional charge based on weight of merchandise and location. We will e-mail the exact charge, and wait until we receive your confirmation before shipping. We ship images everywhere in the world.

RETURNS: If you wish to return or exchange merchandise for any reason, please do so within 30 days after you receive it. Carefully re-pack it in the original shipping carton and packing materials. Enclose a copy of the invoice and a note of explanation. For your own protection, ship the merchandise insured for its full value.

OUR GUARANTEE: You must be completely satisfied with your order. If not, we will gladly refund your money or replace any item ordered by mail or phone within 30 days of delivery.
